Safety is the most critical element of our job. CBI utilizes advanced site safety software integrated with our project management system to provide real-time insight and measurable statistics company-wide, keeping safety at the forefront of all employee operations. CBI and CBI Power have implemented an open Safety Observation Program that empowers all team members to take an active role in job site safety. By scanning a QR code,employees can submit safety observations—whether it’s a safe act, unsafe act, positive behavior, or a hazard that needs attention. This feedback loop not only strengthens our safety culture, but helps ensure hazards are addressed and positive behaviors are recognized. Every observation, big or small, contributes to our goal of zero incidents.
