Delivering Centralized TCP Treatment Infrastructure to Strengthen Water Quality for the City of Parlier

We were honored to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Parlier TCP Removal Project in the Parlier — a significant milestone in strengthening the City’s water treatment infrastructure and ensuring long-term water quality for the community.

This project represents a comprehensive effort to implement a centralized TCP (1,2,3-Trichloropropane) treatment system serving all well sites throughout the City. Designed to enhance reliability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance, the improvements will provide residents with safe and dependable drinking water for years to come.

Comprehensive Scope of Work

Our work on the Parlier TCP Removal Project included furnishing and installing critical infrastructure components across multiple well sites. Key elements of the project included:

  • Installation of well pumps and column assemblies

  • Construction of sound enclosures

  • Installation of emergency generators to ensure uninterrupted operations

  • Transmission and drain water line installation

  • Site yard piping systems

  • Backwash holding tanks

  • Chemical buildings

  • Perimeter CMU walls and security gates

  • Driveway improvements

  • Site grading and paving

  • Installation of Owner-furnished vessels and associated components for the centralized TCP treatment system

  • Miscellaneous site improvements across all well locations

Each component plays an essential role in supporting a fully integrated treatment process designed to remove TCP contaminants and meet stringent water quality standards.

Building Reliable Water Infrastructure

Municipal water projects require precise coordination, strong partnerships, and a commitment to quality. From underground utilities to structural construction and mechanical installation, this project demanded collaboration across multiple disciplines.

The centralized approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also improves long-term maintenance and system reliability for the City. The addition of emergency power systems ensures continuous treatment operations, while upgraded site infrastructure improves accessibility, security, and resilience.

A Milestone Worth Celebrating

The ribbon cutting ceremony marked more than the completion of construction — it celebrated a collective commitment to public health and infrastructure investment. We are proud to partner with the City of Parlier in delivering improvements that directly benefit the community.

Projects like the Parlier TCP Removal Project reflect our dedication to building essential infrastructure that supports growing communities and protects critical resources.

We extend our appreciation to the City, project partners, and our dedicated team members who made this milestone possible. We look forward to continuing to deliver impactful water infrastructure solutions throughout the region.
