Troy Cozbey and Anthony Pacini Mentor Students as They Prepare for March’s Big Event

At Clark Bros. Inc., investing in the next generation of builders and industry professionals is more than a commitment, it’s part of who we are.

Recently, our team had the opportunity to visit Sanger High School to work with students preparing for the upcoming Design Build Competition taking place in March. The visit was focused on hands-on learning, industry education, and helping students sharpen their skills as they gear up for the big event.

Representing Clark Bros. Inc. were Troy Cozbey, Senior Project Manager, and Anthony Pacini, Project Manager. Together, they spent time mentoring students, sharing real-world construction knowledge, and offering practical insight into what it takes to succeed in the competitive design-build environment.

The Design Build Competition challenges students to think critically, collaborate effectively, and apply technical construction skills under real-world constraints. During our time on campus, Troy and Anthony worked alongside the students to review project strategies, discuss best practices in planning and execution, and emphasize the importance of teamwork, communication, and attention to detail, all essential elements in the construction industry.

Events like this are a powerful reminder of why industry partnerships matter. When professionals step into the classroom, students gain exposure to real-life career pathways, practical problem-solving techniques, and the confidence to pursue opportunities in construction and project management.

At Clark Bros. Inc., we are proud to support programs that provide students with hands-on experience and mentorship. By investing time and knowledge into these future professionals, we’re helping build not just structures, but careers.

Stay tuned for updates, and best of luck to the Sanger High team!
