Building More Than Projects: A Look Back at July 2026 at Clark Bros.

Every successful project begins with people who are willing to solve challenges, support one another, and take pride in the work they do. That philosophy was on full display throughout July as Clark Bros. Inc. celebrated major project milestones, national workplace recognition, employee achievements, and continued investment in the future of the company.

Celebrating the Completion of Gonzaga Ridge Wind Farm

One of the month's biggest highlights was celebrating the completion of the Gonzaga Ridge Wind Farm during the official ribbon cutting ceremony.

As the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor, Clark Bros. was honored to help bring this renewable energy project from concept to completion. The event marked the successful collaboration between our employees, client, trade partners, and the surrounding community.

While the completed wind farm stands as an impressive accomplishment, the project is ultimately a reflection of the people behind it. From engineering and planning through construction and final commissioning, our team demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship, technical expertise, and determination every step of the way.

We extend our sincere congratulations to every Clark Bros. employee who contributed to this project. Their dedication helped transform months of planning and construction into infrastructure that will generate clean energy for years to come.

Visitors can also watch highlights from the ribbon cutting ceremony on our YouTube channel.

A Workplace Built by Its People

July also brought exciting national recognition for the culture our employees have helped create.

Clark Bros. was named a recipient of the 2026 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence and Industry Awards. These honors are especially meaningful because they are based entirely on employee feedback.

The company received recognition for Innovation, Appreciation, Professional Development, Compensation and Benefits, Leadership, Purpose and Values, and within the Construction Industry category.

Awards like these are never the result of one department or one leader. They reflect the daily commitment of every employee who contributes to an environment built on trust, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We are grateful to every member of the Clark Bros. family for making this recognition possible.

Investing in the Next Generation

Developing future construction professionals continues to be one of Clark Bros.' greatest priorities.

This month's Bro of the Month recognition celebrates Operations Intern Seth Maskovich. Seth first joined Clark Bros. as an estimating intern while attending school before transitioning into field operations.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Clark Bros., Seth's answer was simple.

"How much I learn every day."

That mindset represents exactly what we strive to provide through mentorship and hands on experience. Employees who are eager to learn today become the leaders who will help shape tomorrow's projects.

Outside of work, Seth enjoys rock climbing, playing the piano, and constantly finding new challenges to tackle. We are proud to recognize his positive attitude and look forward to watching his career continue to grow.

Growing Our Team

Continued growth means creating opportunities for talented professionals who want to build meaningful careers.

During July, we welcomed Norman Schultz, William Mueller, Miguel Serrano, Yaz Fallaha, and Anibal Aguilar to the Clark Bros. team. Each new employee brings valuable experience and perspective that strengthens our organization.

We also celebrated birthdays for several team members throughout the month. Moments like these remind us that strong workplace culture extends beyond the projects we build. It comes from celebrating the people who make those projects possible.

A Culture That Connects People

Building relationships is just as important as building infrastructure.

Throughout the summer, employees participated in a company wide "Would You Rather?" challenge that sparked plenty of friendly conversations around the office and on job sites.

The closest vote came between spending summer at a cabin on the lake or a house on the beach, with the cabin winning by a single vote. Most employees agreed they would rather deal with a sunburn than mosquitoes, preferred snorkeling over surfing, and surprisingly chose giving up ice cream instead of living without air conditioning for a week. The biggest landslide came when hamburgers earned the overwhelming vote as the favorite summer cookout meal.

Simple moments like these help strengthen relationships across departments and reinforce the culture that makes Clark Bros. a great place to work.

Building Careers That Last

As Clark Bros. continues to grow, we remain focused on attracting talented professionals who want to make an impact.

Current opportunities include Traveling Project Engineer, Water and Wastewater Project Manager, EPC Renewable Project Manager, and Staff Accountant positions.

We believe that investing in people creates stronger teams, stronger projects, and stronger communities.

Looking Ahead

Vice President Karl Braun shared an important reminder in this month's leadership message that success is built through people who invest in one another.

Mentorship, accountability, collaboration, creativity, integrity, and grit continue to shape the culture at Clark Bros. These values have guided the company for more than 68 years and remain the foundation for every project we undertake.

Our vision reaches beyond constructing infrastructure. We are building careers, developing future leaders, and creating lasting partnerships with our clients and the communities we serve.

As July comes to a close, we are proud of everything our team has accomplished. From delivering renewable energy infrastructure and earning workplace recognition to welcoming new employees and celebrating individual achievements, every milestone reflects the people who make Clark Bros. what it is today.

Thank you to our employees, clients, trade partners, and communities for being part of our journey. Together, we are building the future of Clark Bros. Inc. and CBI Power.
