Troy Cozbey


Troy Cozbey has been with CBI since 2014, bringing in more than 20 years of technical design expertise and over a decade of project management experience in heavy civil construction. As Senior Project Manager, he leads multi-million-dollar projects across diverse scopes including renewable energy, water and wastewater infrastructure, concrete, process piping, earthwork, electrical, and mechanical systems.

In addition to managing complex field operations, Troy plays a pivotal role in advancing CBI’s operational efficiency. He evaluates systems, software, and procedures to enhance collaboration, productivity, and reporting, develops quality and safety processes, and oversees the implementation of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Troy’s career began in commercial mechanical and electrical design, working on high-profile projects for major national clients. He holds an A.S. degree in Engineering Graphics Technology from Oklahoma State University and is highly skilled in AutoCAD, document management systems, and construction management platforms.

Notable projects under Troy’s leadership include the Solano 4 Wind Farm (ENR Best Project winner) and the City of Mt. Shasta Wastewater Treatment Plant, both of which showcased his ability to deliver large-scale, technically complex infrastructure on time and to exacting standards.
