Mark Zan joined Clark Bros. Inc. in November 2017 and serves as Director of Public Works. In this role, Mark oversees all public works projects, providing leadership and support to project teams across scheduling, forecasting, resource planning, safety, change management, and claims resolution. His hands-on approach ensures that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with CBI’s standards of quality and client satisfaction.

A graduate of California State University, Fresno, Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He brings extensive experience in the construction and commissioning of water and wastewater treatment facilities, with a deep technical understanding of complex civil and mechanical systems.

Prior to joining CBI, Mark gained significant experience in project delivery, construction management, and infrastructure development through leadership roles with major firms in the public works sector. His expertise in treatment plant construction and system commissioning continues to play a vital role in advancing CBI’s reputation as a trusted partner in public infrastructure projects.
