Kate Clark joined Clark Bros., Inc. and CBI Power, Inc. in October 2019, bringing more than 25 years of accounting and financial management expertise in the construction industry. In her role, Kate oversees all financial operations, strategic planning, and fiscal compliance, ensuring the companies maintain a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Kate is also a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP), a credential that reflects her deep knowledge of construction finance and best practices.

Before joining CBI, Kate led financial and operations management across multiple organizations in the construction industry, gaining broad experience in project-based accounting, audit & risk management, bonding & insurance and financial planning & analysis. Her career has been defined by her ability to optimize operations, improve financial performance, and lead high-functioning teams.

In recognition of her leadership and impact, Kate was honored with the 2021 Allen Clark Excellence in Leadership Award.
