Isaac Wedam

Isaac Wedam joined Clark Bros. Inc. in 2026 and serves as the Director of Preconstruction. In this role, Isaac oversees all preconstruction activities, aligning project planning and delivery strategies with organizational goals and market expansion. He leads cross-functional coordination between business development, estimating, and operations to ensure seamless transitions from project concept through project execution. Isaac provides strategic oversight of client engagement, contract negotiation, risk management, design management, and project development. Isaac also frequently serves as the primary client-facing representative during early project phases. He has extensive experience collaborating with third-party engineers, architects, and consultants while mentoring internal engineers and preconstruction managers.

Isaac’s career began in 2003 after graduating from college. His professional background includes over 20 years in heavy civil construction and engineering management. Isaac has worked on several multi-billion-dollar projects and has over 20 years of experience managing within the Design-Build delivery method. Isaac also has extensive experience in both wet and dry utility construction and design management.

Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and maintains a Professional Engineering License.

Among his many contributions to the construction industry, Isaac is especially proud of the teams he has developed and lead in his career. Isaac believes building a strong team that genuinely enjoys working together is the most import factor for success. Isaac is proud of the development within the Preconstruction team at CBI and the continued growth in value-added functions the team brings to each project.
