Construction of the Willow Creek Surface Water Treatment Plant, located in Bass Lake, CA, will replace Bass Lake’s existing treatment facility, which was originally constructed in 1984. The new facility will consist of a raw water tank, a 22,000-gallon finished water tank, associated operations buildings, a parking lot, and over 1,000 feet of pipeline. Clark Bros Inc. is the general contractor on the project, overseeing the construction of the new plant as well as startup, testing, and commissioning.
