Located on a 40-acre parcel primarily used for agricultural land the Well 20 Pump Station required the construction of one pump station connecting to an existing water distribution system as well as the installation of an infiltration basin and associated site work.

Clark Bros Inc. provided erosion control Best Management Practices (BMP) and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) for the site in addition to mass grading and compaction of the pump station site and excavation of the drainage basic. Trenching, installation and backfill was required for all underground piping and electrical conduits. Concrete foundations were constructed for slabs, structures for the pump pedestals, motor controls, electrical utility pad, building and drainage structures. A concrete masonry building with metal roof was built to house chemical storage and pumps.
