The project entailed the construction of a new Arsenic Treatment System (ATS) with a Solids Handling Facility (SHF) at the Keyes Water Treatment Facility. The facility treats water from four existing wells to meet an arsenic goal of 8ug/L of treated water.

Clark Bros Inc., provided site civil work including foundation, grading and paving as well as the process piping for electrical and instrumentation controls. Integration of the improvements included offsite pipelines, providing fiber optic connections between the well sites and conduit installed under the Distribution System Improvements (DIS) as well as disinfection and bacteriological testing.
